Stress and 60,000 Thoughts A Day
Johannesburg – South Africans have 60,000 thoughts a day – and most of them are negative, says an Australian Life Coach. “Of the 60,000 thoughts we have per day, the majority of these are negative,” said author Meiron Lees. According to Lees and the SA Depression and Anxiety Group, the situation is getting worse as pressure grows from the economic recession. “This could lead to gross unproductiveness in the workforce, placing more pressure on the country’s already strained economy.” Lees is in South Africa to promote his book which offers tips on how to create meaningful change in our lives to increase our resilience.
